We always hope that you are satisfied with your order. It is of course possible that you did not receive what you expected or that something went wrong with your order. We will always try to find a suitable solution together. As a consumer you have the right to return your product within the legal period of 14 days. If you plan to return the product, please take extra care with the packaging and the product.
How to return and / or exchange
If you want to return or exchange your order, you can do so within 14 days after you have received the package.
This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product, and must be registered via firstname.lastname@example.org, o.v.v. what the reason for the return or exchange is.
When we have received your e-mail, you will receive a return number from us so that you can return the order to us. Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that have not been carefully packaged or arrive damaged.
• Mail to email@example.com what the reason for returning is and which item is involved.
• Print the return form and fill it in completely.
• Pack the article as well as possible and provide it with the return label that you received by e-mail and do not forget to send the return form.
• Drop off the package at the post office near you.
Good to know
• Unstamped returns are not accepted.
• The items to be returned must be in original condition, unused and undamaged. Likewise, the packaging is in its original condition and please seal with tape.
• After we have received the item and packaging in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days.
• All costs for return shipment are for consumer costs.
